Gascoignes International Property Services is a UK based estate agency specialising in the sale of properties overseas. Currently with an extensive range of properties offered for sale in Spain and Cyprus, homes in other European countries will be added to our range during 2003.

As well as advertising through the national press and featuring at specialist property exhibitions, the company also promotes its range of properties through the Surrey estate agency branches of our sister company Gascoignes Residential, together with a wide network of associated UK estate agents from Scotland to Cornwall.

Led by director Grahame Clist, the international sales team, based in Woking, Surrey, UK, respond to enquiries about overseas properties from across the entire country. The service provided includes working with individual prospective buyers, in order to tailor evaluation trips to the chosen destination country with a view to maximising efficiency of the time spent abroad, so as to identify the right property for you, be it for retirement, holiday home or perhaps for investment.

The Gascoignes group was originated in 1991 by Robert Gascoigne-Pees, previously of the eponymous Surrey estate agency that bore his family name.

In 2002 Robert was joined by Ian Davies, following which the business has expanded to embrace a number of residential estate agency branches and further property related activities.

A key activity of the group has become the sale and promotion of homes overseas, in continental Europe; a dynamic marketplace of growth, but also complexity. We aim to see that the Gascoignes International brand makes a difference to your purchase overseas, and brings simplicity to the process.

Our business partners in Spain and in Cyprus have been carefully selected to ensure that they share the same ideals of customer service as we in Gascoignes International. In every case, one of our directors will have personally visited the country and the principle developments.
