(Nasdaq: IPCR) (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors had
declared a dividend of $0.475781 per share on the Companys 7.25% Series A
Mandatory Convertible Preferred Shares, payable on February 15, 2007 to
shareholders of record on January 31, 2007.
IPC Holdings, Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary IPCRe Limited,
provides property catastrophe reinsurance and, to a limited extent,
aviation, property-per-risk excess and other short-tail reinsurance on a
worldwide basis.
