HONG KONG, Dec. 28 // -- The Board of Directors (the "Board")

Company plans to expand its existing property investment business and has
identified a potential investment opportunity in Macau. The Company may
make investments in property-related projects and will conduct fund raising
activities in the near future. The Board will keep the Companys
shareholders abreast of the latest development of this business expansion
and will publish separate announcements when appropriate.
