SOUTHAVEN, Miss., Jan. 9 /-FirstCall/ -- Chilmark Entertainment
Group Inc., (OTC Pink Sheets: CMKK) announced today that Chilmark has engaged
the services of the Fuller Trident Group out of Newport Beach, CA, Seattle, WA
and Portland, OR as Chilmarks investment bankers. The Fuller Trident Group is
an investment banking firm with expertise in advising middle market companies
in mergers and acquisitions. The Fuller Trident professionals have extensive
experience in a wide range of industries as dealmakers, financial officers,
senior executives and board members. Fuller Trident uses their experience and
industry knowledge to assist clients in achieving their objectives and
maximizing value.
The Fuller Trident Group, as part of their role as investment bankers, has
agreed to raise a minimum of $1.5 million up to a maximum of $2.5 million for
Chilmark to capitalize the SeeMore Golf, LLC acquisition, provide funding for
the completion of our video blocker technology and other possible
acquisitions.

The 1 for 10 reverse split announced last Friday, January 6, 2006 will be
effective on January 16, 2006.
The Affiliates
The Chilmark Entertainment Groups present affiliate-partners are Chilmark
Media Ltd, Chilmark Artist Development LLC, Chilmark Music LLC, Video Blocker,
LLC and SeeMore Golf, LLC. Chilmark Entertainment Group, Inc. holds or has an
equity stake of a minimum of fifty percent (50%) in each affiliate. These
affiliate companies are variously engaged in distributing mobile entertainment
product, record production and sales, music publishing, blocking digital
piracy, talent management, consulting, marketing and concert production. The
Companys business model provides an ideal working environment for the present
entrepreneur-affiliates. The affiliates time, energy and creative skills can
be focused on their projects and not on financing or other administrative
matters.
