Panel to discuss A Permanent Solution to TRIA
CHICAGO, Aug. 24 // -- Business Insurance magazine is
sponsoring an on-line seminar on August 29th to discuss a permanent
solution to the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act. Last year, the expiration of
the TRIA won a temporary reprieve from Congress, but only after much
lobbying by insurers, risk managers and others. Are risk managers and
insurers prepared to go through this again when the TRIA extension expires?
