HAVERFORD, Pa., June 5 // -- TABASFUNDING, based in
Haverford, Pennsylvania, has provided business funding in the low seven
figures to Bentley Laboratories LLC. With current headquarters in Mahwah,
New Jersey, Bentley formulates and manufactures a variety of quality skin
care, hair care, fragrance and related liquid fill, hot fill, powder and
over-the-counter drug products. Bentley is a contract manufacturer, whose
clients include many of the top cosmetic brands and retailers.
Bentley Laboratories LLC is relocating to a brand new single-story
125,000-square-foot industrial building in the Raritan Corporate Center in
Edison, New Jersey. Funds provided by TABASFUNDING made the move of
operations and extensive fit out of the new building possible. The
companys plans call for expanded sales at the new location.
Brian Fitzpatrick, Bentleys President and Chief Executive Officer

Bentley Laboratories LLC is privately held and was acquired by Brian
Fitzpatrick in 2002. One of its strengths is its strong research and
formulation abilities.
Previously, Fitzpatrick was the President, Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of Gordon Laboratories, a Carson, California-based formulator and
manufacturer of cosmetics, hair care, and other personal care products. Mr.
Fitzpatrick has an MBA from Adelphi University and a B.S. from Seton Hall
University.
TABASFUNDING provides funding for entrepreneurs to leverage, to expand
and to acquire businesses. Typical fundings are for $100,000 to $750,000 or
more, for businesses located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Funds are provided in the form of flexible loans or mezzanine financing.
